01. GENERAL & DEFINITIONS
By "personal data" or "data" we mean the information that we have and collect about you as an existing or potential customer, subscriber to our newsletter, or visitor to our site.
Personal data is any information that directly, or indirectly together with other data, can be linked to a living individual. This means that everything from names and contact details to IP addresses or interests can be considered personal data.
Everything that happens with your personal data is considered processing of personal data, whether it is done automatically or manually. Processing of personal data thus includes, for example, collection, registration, storage, processing, retrieval, use, disclosure, dissemination, adjustment, deletion, or destruction.
For us to process your personal data, we must find support in current data protection regulations (GDPR) – a so-called legal basis. There are several legal bases to rely on, but all of MyFlow's processing of personal data is based on one of the following two: "Consent" or "Performance of a contract".
These mean, in short, either (1) that you have given your consent to the processing or (2) that the processing is necessary for us to fulfill a contract with you.
If we don't need to fulfill other contracts or if you haven't given us consent, we won't store any data.

03. SHARING YOUR DATA
We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to fulfill an agreement, develop our service, or otherwise advance our processes. The parties that may have access to your data are:
Subcontractors and others working for MyFlow
MyFlow uses certain trusted third parties, and in some cases its own group companies, to provide, improve, protect, and market our services. This means that these parties – both within and outside the EU/EEA – need some information about you as a customer.
Third parties may not use your data for any purpose other than what is specified in our terms with them. In relation to partners outside the EU/EEA, special protective measures are taken to ensure the secure handling of personal data.
Other applications
You can, by your own approval, give third parties access to your information and your account through, for example, MyFlow's APIs. Their use of your data will then be governed by their privacy policy and terms.
Authorities, laws, and regulations
We are obliged to disclose the data required by law and government decisions – for example, to the police. We may also disclose your information to third parties if we deem such disclosure necessary to (1) comply with the law; (2) protect a person from death or serious bodily harm; (3) prevent fraud or abuse of MyFlow or our users.
Others
If you have given your consent, we may also disclose your data to companies, organizations, or individuals outside of MyFlow in cases other than those mentioned above. However, this only applies if it is done at your request.
You largely control who gets access to your data, and we only disclose it if we really have to.
04. DATA PROTECTION & STORAGE PERIOD
We are constantly working to protect our customers' privacy. Therefore, all communication that can be encrypted is encrypted. We also continue our work to develop new security features to protect our customers, partners, and other stakeholders' data.
MyFlow retains personal data about you as a customer as long as there is a customer relationship or is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. If you are no longer a customer of ours, we will delete your information when possible, but note that there (1) may be a delay in deleting from our servers and backups and (2) we may retain information as needed to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
When data is deleted, it will be anonymized, unless otherwise requested by you, to maintain the ability to analyze behaviors that cannot be linked to your personal data.
Personal data about you that have indicated interest or chosen to subscribe to our newsletter is managed by us until you request that we delete them, for example, by unsubscribing from our email campaigns.
We delete data as soon as we can if you cease to be a customer or when you tell us to delete it.
05. YOUR RIGHTS
Certain processing of your data is based on us having your consent, which you always have the right to withdraw. However, to provide you with our services as a customer, we need to process and manage your data. If you choose not to provide your data to us, we may not be able to provide the services you request.
You also have the right, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, at any time to:
- • request access to the personal data that is processed about you
- • request correction of incorrect information
- • request that MyFlow stop processing and delete your personal data
- • request that we restrict our handling of your personal data
- • request that we share your data with third parties
- • object to our processing of personal data.
In such cases, contact MyFlow at the contact details provided above. You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
The data we store with your consent can be withdrawn at any time, but we will need to keep data based on legal grounds.
